Dead Hard and Springtrap

So why does Dead Hard prevent Springtrap from grabbing? It has clearly been stated that perks are not supposed to directly affect specific killers, and endurance does not prevent grabs, only Dead Hard. Seems very hypocritical.

  I suppose de axe grab works exactly the same as old tombstone myers, and dead harding a myers trying to tombstone you also canceled his mori prompt.
