Breakdown should stay as it was on the PTB

Title. Even if most of the big PTB changes are being scrapped, the version of Breakdown that was on the PTB was still a good change to the perk. I feel like the added healing effect made the perk more useful and fun to play with overall while also making it less frustrating to play against since having a hook deadzone in a map corner for 3 minutes is really boring. I would appreciate if this could stay the way it was because I was really looking forward to using this. The current version of the perk gets almost no use outside of sabo builds and really isn't that good overall.

    It wouldn't reach lvl of Resurgence.

    Depends really. Resurgence gives a lot of value on average, sure, but if you get hit off hook with endurance then the effect is wasted completely (even if you aren't downed you don't get that heal progress back since deep wound takes it away) and Hemorrhage regression also reduces its value. Breakdown may not have made healing as quick as Resurgence can, but it didn't have those vulnerabilities so it was a fair tradeoff imo. Overall the effect was interesting and I would've used it a lot more than the current version without it.

    I could see Breakdown sticking around, but I do think its numbers needed to be tuned a bit.

    I'd have done one of two things: Either it only works when others heal you, or it still works when healing yourself but the boost is lowered to 50% instead of 100%.

    The second one especially would put it in a nice position between a lot of other tools that do similar jobs, for some good balance between them.

    If it had to get nerfed then I'd choose the option of lowering the heal speed. Making it only work when others heal you would make it too unreliable imo

    The ptb was just another perk that punishes the killer for hooking. Basically, take a medkit, gez unhook, split up, and heal yourself in like 8 seonds. Insane efficieny for getting hooked. If we wanna reduce tunnelling, slugging, and camping, we need to get rid of these perks and not introduce more of them. If anything, the current version should get a nerf to 70 seconds alongside a nerf to sabo tools.

    I think it was a bad idea. It was gutting the perks identity to fill the role that resurgence does. Im fine with the game a lot of niche perks, but not when they make it so 2 perks basically do the same thing.
