Like what spirit has except for nurse

Would you see it as a nerf

It could be interesting, but that's the sort of thing that could be very difficult to balance. Too short and it might as well not be there. Too long and she would be weak. The spirit has the benefit of still being able to chase if she misses with her power, since she moves at 4.4m/s. The nurse would not be able to catch up at all with her current movement speed, leaving her completely reliant on her power.

    Don't like that idea.

Its a start, as vague as it is. Let me bring up Legion for example. If a survivor uses an exhaustion perk to gain some distance on Legion and they don't give deep wounds to anyone, then they're just a 110% killer until they charge back up to an acceptable level to Frenzy. Nurse has really slow movement speed too, so something would need to be compensated. Also, how fast is charge time? 15 seconds? 7 seconds? How many blinks can be done before the gauge runs out? Don't get me wrong, this would be a nerf, however she needs a nerf eventually and we might as well get started. I would honestly prefer this as long as any nerf she gets is compensated for, like faster movement speed for a long gauge timer.

I mean you would be able to blink with the bar half empty.

Recovery time for full bar is...5 seconds

    No.

She would need than a 4.4 m/s and some changes to her fatigue

Range depends on how much power left. Single blinks can be made to travel longer distance but second blinks would not follow.

When you do a super long single blink the bar must replenish before you blink again.

Lol, no. We don't need another clown with that stupid and unnecessary limitation.

I mean everyone knows nurse is super strong giving her a few limitations would be good for balance.

She needs to be able to blink non-stop. Its her thing. Gutting her power with a power gauge would demand that you boost movement speed, or lethality, to compensate.

Would be acceptable once genrush and end-game are fixed, until then devs cant touch her.

yes nerf the only killer capable of challenging swf, genius. Nurse has counter play. Git Gud

She can still do rapid blinks but they would have less range giving her less presence across the map but closer presence to other killers.

Billy refueling chainsaw too will give him less map presence making killers similar in mobility. Then balance can truely be made.

nurse gonna stay like she is, same for swf. we need at least one killer in the game that can handle this grps. also she has counter play and gets f***** by a lot of maps these days.

Swf and solo must be similarly equipped same so with killers.

    She needs a nerf?

Isnt a big point on the forums that its basically only her and Billy at top rank play?

I think we should even out the rest of them, or fix the in game issues with DC, genrushing so fast, etc, before we nerf one of the few top rank viable killers.

Its a no for me, but I am intrigued. Maybe re visit this when SWF gen rush is also dealt with. Because we haven't balanced them out for strong play as of yet. Why should we with nurse? Nice proposition regardless. Maybe if the power gauge reset immediately after? So if you did a full blink (like you said) you can't do one immediately after. But after the fatigue, it's fully back up almost instantly. Then you can rework the add ons to "Increases the maximum power gauge, increases the time to get back to full power gauge". Something along like that. Though it would hurt her map control a bit. Wouldn't matter too much if the SWF gen rush were also fixed side by side.

@AshleyWB Although I like the Nurse Idea, I definitely am NOT on board with the billy one. Billy is so balanced.

Billy hitbox for chainsaw slightly narrower

How about instead of nerfing the good, viable killer we instead buff the weaker killers to bring them in line with the good killers. This way you would see more variation of killer in high ranks as well.

Only nerf nurse really needs is her addons. She does not need another chain blink nor does she need more distance with her blinks. Removing/reworking those addons would be a better idea than nerfing her base power.

So no long blinks followed by corrections, plus fatigue, plus waiting for full gauge again because 2 small blinks cost that much, all while following a surv whos faster than you?

Actually this would add another "cooldown period" after fatigue...

How about actually coming up with a slightly more detailed rework than just tossing a single catword into a circle of people already slightly angry at anything.

A gauge would just for balance need to remove fatigue and atleast 110 ms.

Not that theres any need for a nurse rework.
