Can You Put Unbound Back to 10% Haste?
Unbound: When a survivor is injured, vaulting in the next 30 seconds gives you 7% haste for 10 seconds.
When it was buffed to 10% haste a few months ago, it was universally praised because it made the perk actually useful finally but it had strict activation conditions so wasn't oppressive to play into.
However, it got nerfed down to 7% because it was strong when combined with killer powers that can vault (Legion, Wesker, Chucky and Ghoul for example). At 7%, it's worthless unless combined with another vault perk and at that point, other double vault perk synergies are better to run since they would be way more consistent like bamboozle and superior anatomy.
You've since removed the interaction with killer powers so killer powers can no longer cause this perk to activate, yet you kept it at 7% haste. So now it's back to being pointless because 7% haste is too inconsistent for it's activation effect and you can't activate it with killer powers.
Can it get buffed back to 10% haste so it can go back to being useful on it's own without needing to stack it with other vault perks?

Personally, I wish the developers would keep it at 7% but add the additional effect that it also triggers when you break a pallet or wall normally. This would make the perk overall better but also much more reliable on maps, especially the on the window-orientated ones like The Game or Hawkins.
Otherwise, if it's not possible (for whatever reason), it should be back to 10% since it has a fair activation condition but also relies on maps, situations, and tiles.

Agree, perk was useful for two weeks, now I don't even care about it.

This would render game afoot useless.

Haste stacks, so you can have 17 % haste when chasing obsession. Aka bloodlust tier 3, aka Clown double add on antidote speed.

This needs to happen

I wish it would be 10 again it would make legion a bit more fun at the bare minimum.

The stacking is the problem. This with something as mediocre as batteries included would just make guaranteed hits at the shack window for example. Someone else mentioned clown which would be obnoxious too. Not exactly the worst thing in the world since this perk mostly only benefits and in part is only ran by M1 killers without good mobility.
Unbound's design is just off. It should be a strong effect because it requires a hit first, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't require that hit to be a basic attack. It's when injured by any means. Have fun facing ghoul with that perk on. Sure his power vault isn't faster, but his one counterplay of looping him to avoid the basic attack that downs you will be much harder to avoid when he gets 10% haste for marking you and bamboozling your window.
