All Incomplete Achievement Progress Reset To 0% AND Not Progressing

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Noticed this in the latest patch today, but all my incomplete achievements are at 0% progress again.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Boot up DBD for the first time since the 9.3.0 patch. Have incomplete achievements that show progress. All achievements are at 0% or 0/#. Play a match as any killer or example abd try to do their power specific achievement, it will not gain progress.
