after getting 4 unique hooks, now your next hooking action will send the survivor to a hook instantly instead of walking.
or maybe something similar to the 2v8 cages, just stomp the survivor and send them to a random location in the map

Would be nice snowball perks for chase oriented killers. Probably good idea to lock it after 4 unique hooks.
I think cages would be actually too strong, because it prevents any saves. Just pick and send them to random hook would be good enough imo, maybe put it under some button, so it's an option for the killer like anniversary, not something that happens always.

And if it was automated it should focus scourge hooks for obvious reasons

honestly you should be able to stomp survivors and send them to the farthest hook as an option
