Obviously if there's an issue when it comes to obtaining or keeping Natalia's likeness, then a change is definitely going to be necessary.

However the face currently on the PTB is outright bad. Her head looks far too wide and far too short for her body.

    A little update, after another look at her reworked face, I believe that you are trying to get Nancy's face closer to Natalia's however it has been made much too round. One of Natalia's defining features is that her face is rather chiseled, with her cheek bones and jaw line being rather defined.

    The reworked face has achieved the complete OPPOSITE of this.

    100% agree she only needed to have half of her face fixed and maybe a touch up on the eyebrows. she looks NOTHING like her original actor anymore. She does not have chubby cheeks at all, there was nothing wrong with her slim face. that's how she looks! they got her looking like Ash Williams and it's honestly insulting to the Natalia who already has her face scrutinized on social media regularly.

    Knowing BHVR, this may actually have been an attempt to make her model look more accurate to Natalia, somehow. They almost always fumble the bag when it comes to model/portrait rework.

    I think that's the case now, her new portrait technically doesn't look all that far from Natalia. The issue is that they haven't done anything to try and replicate Natalia's most defining features, thus leading to a face that hardly resembles her.

    her cheeks do not bloat outwards and are more sucked inwards because she is naturally super slim, current eyebrows are too horizontal and cause her to lack emotion, hair is too loose on the side with the clip, forehead is too big because her eyes are so far down, they left out her mini widows peak that adds a lot of character to nancy. damn they really butchered our girl

    they've literally gave her pillow face (a result of too many fillers and botox in the face)

    I also don't know why they've decided to make her so tanned either? It looks like she got into a fight with a bottle of dark foundation and lost.

    I really do hope they fix her face, my friend told me about this and I really hoped it was a joke because THAT isnt Nancy.

    I actually audibly gasped when my friend sent me a photo and I couldn't help myself from saying "Nancy???? nooo thats CLANCY!" PLEASE behaviour I beg of you don't go through with this rework
