Huntress and Deathslinger should move at 115% (4.6 m/s)
The new killer (Vecna 2: The Vecaning) can attack through walls and has a mobility tool; an actual reason to be 110% (4.4 m/s) in my eyes. Huntress and Deathslinger have literally nothing that would warrant them being 110% (4.4 m/s) in the current state of the game. Huntress and Deathslinger cannot attack through walls (making them much more map dependent) or a mobility tool (making them terrible at patrolling or initiating new chases quickly). I am not new to Huntress or Deathslinger and I have main'd both of them for about 2500+ hours at this point combined. Huntress and Deathslinger are clearly being powercrept as the devs are learning how to make stronger killers to try and compete with the survivor meta. Huntress and Deathslinger being 110% (4.4 m/s) back in the day was fine; but with the newer map layouts having more debris in addition to these killers' lack of mobility options compared to similar NEWER killers, I feel that they should be normal killer speed at this point.
Please keep in mind that while I don't play survivor that often I feel that I have a pretty good understanding of both sides (at least I would hope so after 5000+ hours).

They hated me because I told the truth.

I think its would be an interesting experiment to at least try. Its probably been internally tested already so I'm extremely interested to see an answer from the devs on this. For a very long time ranged killers have been restricted by finite rules such as needing to be 110% movement speed, but that rule was broken with Trickster who is 115%. Not that he's a good example for killer design.
I think just trying it is worth it in the current state of dbd, however, both killers can feel extremely oppressive in the hands of a good player. Both are more so held back by cluttered map design more than anything. Thats why Huntress, despite her snowball potential, isn't top tier despite being arguably stronger than before, discounting machine gun hatchet and when iri head wasn't limited. Then again she could have machine gun hatchet and still be around the same as she is now, again due to map design.

The truth is what lets you survive. They hate because it is really funny, no way it should be serious.

Huntress should move at 4.6 when no survivors are within 16 meters, Deathslinger should be 4.6 when his gun is unloaded. But honestly, you could do the survivor thing with him too.
Chases with these two killers would be aids if they were 4.6.1 -
Huntress, no. 110 is the right speed for her.
Slinger is debatable though. Not only is his range limited and his projectile can end up doing no damage, but he also has to reload after each shot.
I think making him 115 is an option. Not the best or the worst but an option indeed.

Neither should be 115.
Slinger needs buffs to make his ability better, but that should absolutely not come in the form of a Movement Speed change. We don't need another repeat of the disastrous Trickster rework.
Huntress is fine.

This is kind of a perfect example of why I personally feel the new slate of Killers seemingly designed with "high A tier" as an explicit design goal has been so unhealthy for the game, even when they aren't explicitly S tier.
Having 110 killers in this game is good for variety, who cares about balancing? Huntress being 110 makes her more interesting to play as and against. Are we removing her lullaby next? Even Killers like Chucky, currently IMO the most unjustifiable 110 Killer in the game, I think he should be balanced around 110 instead of just making him 115.
I do understand that poor traversal can feel like an impossible balancing problem, especially for Slinger IMO, but I think a bettter route might be experimenting with Perks that give regular walking Killers better traversal so Killers like Slinger have that option to patch up their weaknesses. It's not really fair that already strong Killers who benefit massively from reading Survivors through walls have loads of strong aura read choices, but a guy like Slinger who has to limp between gens has very few options to make that faster.

yeah……..no.

just give him the option to enter lockers like dredge to tp to another locker xdd that is all he needs, unironically. dredgeslinger. if you will. 115 deathslinger would not be fun in the slightest.

Making Trickster 4.6m/s is one of the biggest mistakes they've ever made, I really do not want a repeat of that. Slinger could use a slight reduction to reload time and an addon pass, but neither him or Huntress should ever be 4.6, they would both be very obnoxious to play against if they were.

Absolutely not.
Deathslinger himself is already very good and his zoning is far more stronger than Huntress. If he would ever be 115%, he would instantly rise in terms of power.
As for Huntress, the complaints of her hurtbox would already make her complaints skyrocket even more, and rock loops would no longer counter her.
The only reason Trickster was made 115% was due to how awful he was. Couldn't injure with his M2 if he was at a loop0 -
how else do we loop huntress on trash loops? you'd have to get something severely nerfed, like maybe all her buffs reverted. would that really be worth it?
idk about you, but trickster going 115 killed him for me
