Wreath offerings retired or not?

My inventory tells me all wreath offerings, any rarity, are retired. However, they still generate in my bloodweb and there they are not retired, and I can still equip them. Is this a bug? Foreshadowing? Be being stupid? Something else?

There is a glitch in the Bloodweb where the red writing will show if you've hovered over a item that has that labeled, an example i did this by hovering over mistle toes first

You can reset it by hovering over any object in the bloodweb if it bothers you.
