Sprint burst and finesse needs some changes.
Sp (sprint burst) is compared to other exhaustion perks its literally speed for NOTHING. while others at least have some things you need to do to activate them even though not by much. So for SP. what if after unhooking a survivor there will a timer (around 20 or more seconds depending on how effective it will be) and when you start running you get the SP effect and then become exhausted like normal or Sp could work like now but to make it so that it has a downside something like after using it you get 10% slower during the exhaustion or something like that. Finesse give it a exhaustion effect after using it instead of the cooldown. If you have any different ideas i will be glad to hear them. Those two perks are taking that much of a skill you just press a button and then boom they are gone.

I think both can be frustrating to face but I don't think either really need changes.
Finesse is the first good chase perk we've gotten in a while, and it's really fun to use, and pretty balanced with all of the requirements.
I really don't like facing Sprint Burst due to how much you can greed on gens and be safe, but all nerfing Sprint Burst will do is make everyone switch to Lithe, which is arguably equally boring.
They're not overpowered, though. Just very very good.

Changing things purely for the sake of changing them isn't a good balance strategy.

i see what you mean but still those are kinda perks that have almost no skill compared to other perks while killers have to do a dirty work

Sprint Burst and Finesse generally require more skill to use well than the average chase perk.

They aren't meta by any means, honestly they should be the standard of how perks should work on Survivor.
Just as killer perks should be strong and useful too.

Nowhere To Hide, Lethal, Pain Res, Grim, DMS require work to activate and get value? Or killer powers with AUTOAIM?

sprint burst is meta cause literally every single match there is sprint burst and everyone has it.

All Exhaustion perks are "just press a button" if you want to boil it down to that.
Sprint Burst requires managing Exhaustion to use effectively, unlike Lithe for example which can be saved until you're in a chase.
Finesse requires you to stay healthy to get maximum use. Which means the better you are at avoiding getting hit, the more Finesse will do for you. New players that get hit in 10 seconds will get next to no use out of it.

but not all exhaustion perks are like that i think that smash hit is a perfectly designed perk but also when you have SP and finesse then its almost without a skill.

I never use Sprint Burst because it always activates when I run, so I never have it when I need it. If you’re upset about someone walking to a hook and unhooking someone before sprinting away, I mean, that’s a low-reward, high-risk scenario.

I don't like facing SB, but it's balanced the way it is. I just want Vigil changed to not affect exhaustion.
