Why is this addon part of Chaos Shuffle???
Its not even good at all, frankly just an instant loss.
The days of Myers sniping you indoors is over, the map offerings dont help enough to make it viable.
At least let people Opt out of having a random power degradation.

Amanda Letter is very good add on where you trade half of slowdown for deadlier ambush and wallhacks. I don't know why that would cause you a loss by any means.

The list of banned addons is very arbitrary.
Trapper cannot use his aura reading addon, but can roll Padded Jaws.
Myers can't roll Blond Hair, but can roll Scratched Mirror.
Artist can't use Iri Feather, but can roll Charcoal Stick (the worst addon she has)
Plague can't use one green addon for some reason, but can get Propylapthic Amulet, an addon that only nerfs you.

It's stuff like this that makes it very clear BHVR does not play their own game.

Clown can't get Red head's pinky finger but Michael can get the Scratched Mirror?
Hillbilly can't get the ultra rare add-on that makes him 4.4ms either?
Why did they randomly kneecap Michael like that, you can get both of his ultra rares at the same time.

I have no problem of this add-on to be in the Chaos Shuffle in my opinion all add-ons should be in Chaos Shuffle mode as its a mode where chaos is the point.
