One shotted by cheater and given a CAUTION
Was just playing some chaos shuffle and got an Executioner on Yamaoka.
Next thing I know he one shots the team, teleports, and hooks everyone. However, after we're hooked we get a CAUTION for dying too fast? I get that the coding is to prevent cheaters and regular players from cheating/griefing/leaving matches, but it seems like it could do with some updating.
It's not a bug, it's working as intended, but due to that CAUTION notice there is no endgame to even see who the cheater was. So how are you supposed to report an exploiter in that case?
Perhaps that system needs someone to go over it and see what tweaks they can make to the triggers. Otherwise players are caught in a catch-22. You're either penalized for leaving the match (no biggie if you never leave anyway) or you're flagged for dying to a cheater.

You ran into the early-death caution. The game has an automated check that flags matches where survivors die extremely fast. When a cheater insta-downs, teleports, or mass hooks, that check can hit the victims as if they ended the match on purpose. It is working as coded, but it misclassifies you because there is no real server side sanity check.
Best way to handle it: capture a short clip that shows the one shots or teleports and the lobby names, then open a support ticket on the official site and attach the video:
Submit a request
Add the time, platform, map, and say you also used the in-game report. That combo is what usually gets action and gives support a reason to clear any wrongful caution.BHVR should finally add basic server checks and auto-exempt these matches, or at least let players see the endgame screen when a caution triggers so the offender can be reported properly.

Unless they don't watch it carefully for whatever reason and don't do a thing. The sequence "recording the full vod + then rewatching the long vid to find the moment when it happened + cutting the vid + uploading vid + filling the form" seems too much of a trouble if no action has been taken.
As for the "full vod" part, I'm not sure when and if I encounter a cheater, so if I record anything, it's just the entire gameplay during that day.
