What are the correct numbers for Adiris/David Tapp's memories?

Both Adiris in Tome 7 and David Tapp in Tome 10 have Memory 4100 through 4106. Obviously they can't both be that number, but I'd really like to know who has the numbers correct, and what the numbers are for the other?

  The problem is, those ARE the correct numbers for both. The Archives have, quite frankly, never had good quality control, and you're probably one of the only people who actually noticed and cared enough to bring this up.

  I had always assumed the memory numbers were tied to the characters themselves, not the archives as a whole.
