Would it be fair to remove the cure for Nemisis T virus during 2v8?

May be a hot take but one thing that is unique to Nemisis and how he works in 1v4, is the fact that not only does his whip power up over time, the survivors have a limmited amount of cures to his power. So once they run out thats when nemisis starts to keep up the pace with survivors cranking out the last few generators, making chases quicker. His lack of mobility and requirement to hit people 3 times + requiring them to run out of the 4 cures to reach this point, are why they gave him helper zombies to slow things down.

But in 2v8, there are too many cures around the map, which get tripled when paired with wesker, and too many targets to infect, making his first whip nearly always harmless, there are also many more loops and pallets around the map and much more space to cover which all together makes it so nemisis never reaches a point where his whip becomes a real threat, even with 4 zombies for slowdown and another killer doing 70% of the work.

So i ask would it be fair for the t virus to be incurable during 2v8? as wesker and other killers gain NO benefits from this infection, while Nemisis can benefit from uroboros hinderance making weskers infect still important to cure, but nemisis having to reinfect so many people, with allot more loops and pallets, makes his game pacing much slower than intended.
