Wishlist:
→ Ebony mori basekit
→ Once every survivor is hooked once, every survivor will suffer 10 % penalty to healing, repairing, cleansing, blessing for the rest of the trial
→ Increase base regression speed from 0.25ch/s to 0.4ch/s
→ Scourge hooks now spawn min. 24m from each other
→ Increase base vault speed by 15 %
→ Decrease basic attack cooldown by 5 %
→ On every fresh hook, first regression event is increased by 5 % (= Pain res 25 %, clock 15 %, Eruption 15 % , kick 10 % etc.)
→ After getting stunned or blinded the killer has 20s immunity to stuns and blinds
→ Implement new perks that copy event abilities like survivors got (apocalyptic inguenity, fog vials etc.), perks that allow remote pallet break, remote hook, unique short range attack etc.
→ Every hex perk is now blocked for 30s once activated or at the start of the trial if the hex totem spawns in as the game starts
→ Increase altruistic healing and self healing to 24s
→ Remove exposed and hindred from status effects affected by perk Vigil
→ Decrease time to pick up and hook survivors

What's the idea behind giving the ebony mori basekit?
I understand the intent behind the rest of these changes (though I do disagree with a few), but that one feels a little arbitrary. What did you have in mind there?

The idea is to make moris more prominent without making them strong, serving as finisher rather than tunneling tool - what was main use of old moris. This would allow you to use your mori multiple times per game if lucky, without spending offering that can be replaced with BP offerings.
