2v8

Killer is way too easy to play in this 2v8. Unless you are brand new to the game you should be getting 6-7 sacrifices every game. I have been playing mostly survivor which is very hard to get over half to escape. I've played killer a few times and every match was at least 6 sacrifices if not 8.

    It’s not impossible. I’ve only played 12 killer matches so far, but have averaged 6-7K per match with Wraith

    that's funny because that's how I feel about survivor. you should be getting 6 escapes every game. it's so easy that I refuse to use escapist because I want a challenge.

    a lot of killer wins happen because survivors won't be efficient or do the wrong generators.

    Whenever i played legion, i almost always won.

    Wierd how i cant do it as ghostface or chucky....hmmmm

    Looks like killer is where it needs to be but survivor is way too high. I'm very curious what the stats are for the game as a whole because I'm average at best for survivor but more pro with Huntress. I will say on demand sprint burst is too strong and needs to be changed. Rebuilding pallets is really strong too. I think that needs a longer cool down, IMO or a rework. I pick escapist the most because it's easy mode and honestly the reason why I have escaped so often, as you can see. And being able to bring pallets back. Pallets are a very strong tool for survivors and I don't know if BHVR sees them that way…

    I’m ok with survivor being high because we need more incentive for people to pick survivor, not less. Killer queue times are still extremely long so honestly there should probably be even more buffs to the survivor side.

    2V8 is still one of the most balanced modes for me. I have a pretty normal Survivor escape rate but a slightly inflated Kill rate. I've been paired with Nemi as a partner in almost every Killer game though, so it's possible that 6V8 with the Zombies on our side really helps to slow the gens a fair amount.

    Only BHVR really know if 2V8 is this or that sided this time around. Our own stats don't tell us much about the mode for the player base as a whole.

    Even us survivor mains know that this mode is beyond unbalanced as hell.

    From the 200 pallets, pallet respawns, to the triple dashes, group/camping expose. Its so unfunny how we got old three blink nurse and machine gun huntress with aura read spam.

    The worst part?, most likely made intentional, it wouldnt be like that if bhvr actually bothered to make people interested in playing survivor.

    But since they wanna bring the mode back every 3 months, they barely can give content for this mode and somehow thought adding legion was such a good idea when everyone warned them not to, almost killing the mode entirely.

    It took over a year and 7 iterations to add a new survivor class, meanwhile they added 11 new killers to 2v8 since they added the 5 og killers.

    If they really cared, they would stop adding killers and fixed the long killer queues and low interest for survivor. By adding MORE survivor classes.

    It's honestly not as long. I have waited many times and it takes about 13 minutes even though it says estimate is 23 minutes. After playing survivor "as you wait" and going back to killer, it will say 8 minutes and I get into a killer match in less than 30 seconds.

    I suppose I should say what I mean by balanced. I mean that it's balanced in the sense that it more or less meets BHVR's own target of a 40/60 split of escapes to kills. Across all iterations, my own stats show a 41% escape rate and a 61% kill rate.

    Of course, not much in the mode is "balanced" if taken in isolation. But that's also kind of the whole point of the mode. It's meant to be full of crazy chaotic things that would be totally busted in 1V4. It was a thrill to injure the entire lobby with Legion and get a down with their first iteration, but there were probably just as many Legions playing 2V8 that would get themselves knocked out of Frenzy by the first pallet camping Survivor they'd run into.

    It's meant to be a mode where everyone regardless of skill gets thrown together to mess about with silly overpowered nonsense. That's how the mode achieves balance of a kind. Nothing on the Survivor side is balanced, but then nothing on the Killer side is balanced either.

    I don't think there is anything BHVR can do to fix the Killer queue times. Removing Legion did nothing. Playing Killer will always be the biggest draw for the mode because playing as a team is the unique selling point, regardless of what they add to the Survivor side.

    Why is the pallet density a problem when there's double the survivors and killers, maps are larger, and killer's have their powers buffed. OF COURSE there's going to be much more pallets too? What type of complaint is this.
