Everyone abandons games nowadays

It might be kinda time-wasting but can we have more satisfying ends?

(the old finish-mori is the one that will be automatically executed when all survivors are down)

    I don't think OP is suggesting quite that. Its the "maybe when you are the last survivor and you get downed don't let the person DC and just go into the mori"

    I think that overcomplicates things, also that finisher mori ignored any self pickup and self unhook. Not that abandon doesn't, it's just removing player choice with no real benefit.

    I'd really like however if when all survivors have abandoned that I could see the aura of any bot on the ground permanently so I can easily go pick them up and sacrifice/mori them without having to go looking for them as long.

    • If there were any kind of countermove, it would make sense, but since you're helpless on the ground... what's the point? Many make the comparison to the killer throwing players out of the gate, but at least it's something "interactive," and if the survivor acts foolish, you can kill him. The survivor really has no choice but to "wait."

    EDIT: And if someone says "crawl and look for a hatch!"... we can honestly say that there is a 1 in 100 chance of that happening... crawling VERY SLOWLY on the ground hoping for a hatch is not the best gameplay.

    Finisher mori was added so there is potential basekit for a killer mori every game.

    It's either that or having to hook… i see it as a pretty elegant feature i dont see why it should be removed.

    the insta win feature just validates the all slug strategy as a legitimate win condition, no thank you.

    if you make a mess you can clean it up.

    5-10 seconds wait time before you get the abandon option would be better in my opinion.

    I came to make this very post but I'm glad to see other's feel this way. This current mori system is pathetic and its a waste of gaming. As soon as the first 2 are dead, most seem to give up. (Doing all 5 gens is possible with just 2 ppl) I'm tired of this half assssed match stuff. Second to last, can often abandon game. Which means killer is going to be a try hard for that last 4k and MORI which they didn't earn. Why? cause kids these days are handed a free mori and they have to have it. It's bad enough that most hatches spawn near killer and people can say its not true but so often once hatch comes, its right by killer and all the way across the map for survs. Gone are the days people actually try to complete all objectives and get out. Now its about get a FEW bp's and quickly move on to the next. This rinse and repeat has tarnished the game. I know people complain about bleeding out and there's a simple resolution to fix everything. STOP THE BLEEDING OUT FEATURE. Bleeding out is a Developer's Fault. What really made you guys think that bleeding out, would be a good idea or considered fun? IF killer lets ppl bleed out then the timer end's (i'd say at 30 seconds) and survs can get back up and back into the game. Serves the killer right for leaving ppl on the ground at all. And before killer mains start to cry about toxic swf's.. if they find themself in that position then sure, down them all and hook them and kill them out of the game. I do it all the time with toxic full stacks. But it will prevent little kids from bleeding everyone out and taking the game hostage. But anyways, stop handing stuff out without causing people to earn all the perks. Mori is a perk. There was zero reason to give it out as a freebie. It just created a wave of toxic solo's and again, thats a Developer Fault.
