Lobby/endgame chat for console? Coming soon?
I would like to ask if endgame chat will ever be added to console?
Being able to turn it on in settings would be so great for solo queue & cross play. Not being able to celebrate/discuss pre/post game is isolating asf.
I’m sure it’s probably been asked before… but… is it ever gonna come!? 💔

As a pc player, trust me, you do not want the post-game chat.

As for my reasoning, what post game chat seems like it would be used for : celebrating and complimenting eachother and just making jokes and talking about dbd.
What its actualy used for 90% of the time: argueing, blaming certain players for mistakes, yelling at the killer for how they played, toxic hurtful comments, attempts to rile up the opposing side for an arguement, complaining about playstyles or perk builds, racism, death threats, and promotes waiting for the round to end to yell at the opposition rather than just move on to the next round knowing nothing can be said anyway.
I am also not exadurating when i say 90%

Played yesterday got maybe one or two gg's in the chat for seven matches. Most of the time everyone left right after the match ended or before that if they died before the end. Most of the time there is no interaction at all in the end game chat. Still I would go with the claim in my case that positive or neutral interactions are more common than toxic ones. I sometimes feel that at least some of those people who get toxic end game chats might have done somethings in the matches to get those more frequently.
Last one I remember was in 2v8 when I went after full health survivor that was in a deadzone corner over a hurt survivor that managed to get to the ormond maps main building so made the calculated decision that I am more likely to get the full healthy survivor. Well got him he died and he raged in the end game chat to me and I explain to him that as he was in the deadzone area I saw it more likely to get him than the hurt survivor who was in the main building that can be looped quite well if you know how to do it. I was also playing Deathslinger so to me open area is better than trying to get someone in a building. Some people just think everyone is out to get them so they take everything that happens in the game too seriously.
