First of all, he needs many of his animation bugs fixed or even changed. These bugs makes him way harder to tell what he is doing.

I know BHVR is dead set on the auto aim feature but that doesn't mean it can't be changed. The Auto-aim shouldn't be instant. It is definitly fun to do it as a killer but feels unjustified as survivor. Maybe for ghoul to lock in, it needs to buffer depending on the closeness of the survivor which can be indicated both to the survivor and the killer by the bite mark being close until if fully charges. For example; If survivor is in 5 meters of range, it needs to be buffered for 0.5 seconds to lock on to the auto aim and injure, if it is in 10 meters it needs to buffer 1 second and so on. Some games with auto aim mechanics actually do this (i.e Lock-on Assault Rifle in Fortnite) and I think this can reduce the "unfairness" of the auto aim he has and gives survivors a chance to react. If Ghoul presses while the mouth is closed, it can do the leap and slow himself without injure and get enranged. (And lore wise maybe it can be him still trying to be human and not hurt others, even if it is only 0.5 seconds)

To make him show more skill expression we can add another punishment to his kit, a small one. While he is in window of oppurtunity for 5 seconds (the time where he can leap a second or a third time) if he misses to leap, it reduces the window of oppurtunity time by 1 to 2 seconds. What do you think?
