We need punishment for the killers tunnel and camping
Every time I've played a game with friends it's always killer tunnel and camping I'm not even lying. I almost want to delete the game but I don't want to I like the game a lot but it's not fair.

tunnel and camp is fine, killer powers being broken is not fine tho, for example having a tunneling bubba is fun, having tunneling blight is not fine.

btw, if u soloq, u should use camaredirie/reassurance/sprint burst/ds, this should help u a lot against tunnelers/campers, even kindred can work well and shoulder the burden, but sadly its more like bad matchmaking, if u have teammates that get 2tap and they feed the killer pop pain res dms/grim and such, its game over.

It doesn't matter what perk you use, the killer will come looking for whoever is hooked. I'm serious today all 5 games I played were killer wanted tunnel and camping even though the first gen hadn't been made.

Honestly this game is just a mess right now, devs are being pulled in every direction and have no apparent idea what they're doing because they're being pulled in every direction from every player, they just need to set a hard line and stick with it and let the negative feedback fall on deaf ears, if they see a significant drop in players they can always reverse course but this constant changing of core gameplay and shadow nerfs/buffs week in and week out needs to stop, too much inconsistency is making the game unbearable, at least for me.

How do you stop tunneling? Because bhvr did try not to long ago and it didn't work.
You can't give the survivor more defense because every single defensive tool gets turned into an offensive one asap. You can't punish the killer for hooking the same surv twice because then you punish him for doing his objective and you give the survivor a shield he will use against the killer.
The only thing you could do is take the survivor and make him invisible, lose collision and make everything on the map invisible to him for X time. Oh and block the usage of items and the interaction with objects after the effect ends for X seconds so he can't coordinate over comms for saves.
Thats the only way you can actually stop tunneling but I don't know if that is something the community would actually like

it wont happen in the end. tunneling in the end of the day is a strategy for killers to remove gen efficiency. how can you blame them unless ur running a nurse or another fast op killer half the time survivors will gen rush u so removing the weakest is the best move. you have no right tbh to complain on the FORUMS about wantin to install the game. dbd aint really for new players its a comp game DUE TO THE FACT THERE IS A BAD MMR SYSTEM. one day u get ######### survivors the next good ones. regardless or not if you dont like it thats fine but you need to see it from a killers eyes. imagine u just picked up the game and u play nurse or trapper. you have no idea whats going on and you get gen rushed with 0 hooks. that makes them pissed at killer. on the other hand if they got 1 hook and they didnt want to tunnel they would of seen that it would of been smarter to atleast get one kill then no kills at all.

if they wanna stop tunneling and camping then they should address the main problem causing it. Map balance. The majority of killers struggle on huge maps already, then you add 100 pallets to each map and take out dead zones. Yeah no wonder people camp and tunnel. Every map has brain dead loops that offer almost 0 counter play for killers and guess what there’s usually another loop right next to it that leads to another and another and so on. Ntm while you’re chasing a survivor through this pallets corse. three gens are being worked on in the process.
Survivor takes little to no skill anymore! Bhavior has put up the guard rails for survivors without giving anything meaningful to killer. But devs don’t care. They’ll coddle survivors to the end of time bc that’s where the money is.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I quit playing for a while because tunneling and slugging was occurring EVERY SINGLE game. I came back and I see it is not even the slightest bit better.
I hear killers say, well if I don't slug/tunnel the survivors win. Well first let's address the ridiculous fear of losing a video game and the fact that you were never taught how to lose. Then let's look at the fact that there are a handful of killers out there that somehow win without being unfair and making gameplay miserable.
I hear killers say, well survivors do this or that…and I want to scream, you are not 5 years old, you don't use others behaviors as an excuse for your own bad choices.
The anti-tunneling or anti-slugging should not require the use of perks. I understand that someone, somewhere will figure out how to cheat, but there has been zero attempt.
There has to be some balance. I know I will stop playing again after this event because it is not fun, in anyway shape or form, to play anymore.

Yet somehow, I have played against a handful of killers that manage to win without implementing anything that would be unfair, on both large and small maps. They also don't base their entire self worth on winning. I understand that things happen, but trying to play fair would be great. I am often killed within seconds of being taken off of hook, and will be totally dead before any other survivor has even been hit. Or the rare times I make it to the end, they slug instead of just playing fairly. All because, gasp, they might lose, or only get 3 instead of 4. It is incredibly frustrating.

How can you blame them? It's a strategy?
I have played against a handful of killers who manage to win without implementing unfair "strategies" or making excuses for poor sportsmanship.
I have managed to win without implementing these behaviors and in fact go out of my way to play fairly.
The killers who play fairly, don't base their self worth on winning a video game. They know how to lose or not have a perfect game.
It has nothing to do with anything other than players who can't handle not winning.
