In-game purchases pre-link

Context: I currently own and have been playing DBD on Epic Games since it was free in one of the weekly free game selections some time ago. I have made some in-game purchases since I've been playing it more frequently recently. However, games that I play on Epic Games seem to run really really poorly (an issue I've had with every game I played on the platform), so I was considering buying it on Steam when it next goes on sale. If I do so, I would want to buy it in a bundle with some DLC that I was considering since the DLC would be cheaper.

Question: If I buy the bundle with the base game and the DLC, it probably means I'll have access to the DLC content BEFORE linking my Steam account with my BHVR account. If I then link it to my BHVR account, will I lose the DLC i purchased pre-link? Or would it sync so I have access to the DLC I got on Steam pre-link as well as the content I already purchased on my BHVR account when I played it on Epic Games?

You will keep all DLC's they will merge so if you own one in Steam and another in Epic you will now have all them on both. If you have auric cells those don't transfer but if you use them you will get the item on both that you used them on.
