I'm having an awful experience with the new auras, anyone else?
I have tried so many combinations, color settings on my TV, but I can't see these sometimes as they lack saturation with the exception of the scratch marks
The original saturation was perfect and the only maps that was awful were the farm maps.
I'm happy for all those enjoying the new shades but why can't we have them all?
I am struggling to see downed Survivor auras, as well as auras of teammates in general.
These are some screenshots of the old saturation...
See how Nemesis and the Survivor are distinctively different auras in an older 2V8?
Another beautiful example of every aura having heavy enough saturation to be clearly read up closely and farther back
Please keep the new auras for everyone but let's also have the originals.
I hope I get to see Kindred like I used to again.
Is anyone else having these issues such as either every aura you pick is too weak or blends together too closely with the environments (blue auras on macmillian) or aura overlap (ex: killer at hook with Survivor while Kindred is on).
I am failing to find slugged and caged teammates in 2v8 because these new auras don't stand out very well. I even tried colorblind settings and I'm just really sad.
What are you currently using for aura colors? Are you having any issues?

Yeah I do wish you could adjust saturation. Half the time I can't see other survivors auras when i play surv. I'm wildly spinning my camera every time to try to locate the down.

The saturation could indeed be improved, or at the very least be made into a slider so that everyone can adjust that to their liking.

I have set a variety of colours:
- RED: Scratch marks, default aura of generators
- PINK: Hooks and cages
- PURPLE: Survivors that are in the dying state or on hook
- GREEN: Killer auras
- YELLOW: Default aura of Survivors, generators affected by a perk, highlighted/marked objects
- ORANGE: Pallets, walls, windows
- WHITE: Killer props
This works for me on the majority of maps. Sometimes the map is very bright by itself (think Coldwind) so some colours do not stand out as well as on other maps, but it's not a problem for me. Though a saturation slider could do wonders here.0 -
I am having a ton of trouble seeing the cage auras in 2v8. I feel like I'm just spinning my camera a bunch trying to see where 1 is across the map. It wasn't a problem in the previous 2v8s.

The saturation isn't that great. I like to use colors based on category so I can easily remember what I'm looking at or searching for.
Pallets and Survivors are blue - blue represents temporary resources.
Windows and gens are green - green is safety.
Hooks/downed Survivors, and the Killer are red.
Other auras are white, except for marked objects which are yellow.1 -
I'm struggling too. I wish I could have a separate killer/survivor side aura setting.

Many of the aura colors are unusable due to the bad saturation, I agree. I've had to stick with a handful of specific colors that stand out a bit more than the others and ignore the rest

Definitely this. As a Survivor, I need my teammates yellow and when I'm killer I want them red.

The Pyramid head cage aura in this looks more like a glitch rather than a cage. Killer aura is nearly non existent. Both used to be way more defined and easier to see.
