Hooked Survivors Should Not Be Able To Reveal Ghostface

"Why not?"

It's an unnecessary nerf that makes an already weak killer even weaker. And often, you'll get revealed by a hooked survivor from 20-30m away when you're not even camping.

"But Ghostface players will camp hooks!"

No, they won't. Because:

1. Camping hooks in 2026 is a stupid idea. There are 70s hook stages, plus an anti-camp meter.

2. Ghostface isn't even a good killer to camp with like Leatherface or Basement Trapper.

If you still disagree, then I have to ask, do you think Myers shouldn't be able to activate E.I. while he's nearby a hooked survivor? Should leatherface automatically enter a tantrum if he chainsaws nearby a hooked survivor? Why should GHOSTFACE of all killers be the one that can't use his power within range of a hook?

    1. You can already do this as Ghostface. All you have to do is position yourself at an angle where the hooked guy can't get line-of-sight.

    2. There are plenty of killers that can do this. Myers, Bubba, Hillbilly, etc. (And do it better than Ghostface as well)

It should be base kit that it takes double the time (3 seconds) to reveal if you're on a hook or downed.

I have no idea why Ghostface is effectively barred from using his power near someone he's already hooked, and yet plenty of other, stronger killers, get to use theirs. Please just remove this.

It's something they really should've tightened up a long time ago. There's no real consistency on whether you should or shouldn't use your powers near the hook.

I would agree, but only if his reveal mechanic is ever made consistent.

As long as it isn't, then every opportunity to reveal him is a good thing, imho.

From his play style ghost face is supposed to play like an ambush predator. Stealthily without the prey knowing when a knife goes into their back.

What's all sneaky when someone is actively watching you?

Also just because it's a stupid idea doesn't mean people won't do it (not counting end game where they could camp without worry).
