I wasn't all that interested in jason. And to me it feels like a jason style killer was alredy in the game since the beginning (trapper). But i am interested to see what this new version of jason will be like as it is an entirely new license now. Much like ghostface he will be similar to the movies just not directly from them like scream.

Amazing to have him in the game now but can't be helped but be concerned what his power and kit be even like? Most likely have to have an original power for DBD and just like SpringTrap I'm betting a lot of players will be conflicted what his power suppose to be like.

Apparently due to copyright you can't call him Jason Vorhees only Jason

there is plenty of contradictory info floating around, from what i have read they actually can call him Jason Vorhees but the Vorhees name cant be used for a title or something like that, which may include the chapter title/chapter announcement.
Different people also mention different movies that belong to this Jason Universe license..

Jason and trapper are nothing a like but i can see where you can see the style but jason is nothing like the trapper

Another High-Mobility and Anti-loop killer, quite generic to this point honest, tho the multiple mori is dope and the visual for his power are very cool.

Well I will probably like to play him because he seem to be a huntress with movement. As far as I heard we will have the ptb tommorow so I will know then if I like him or not xD

"X is killer is literally Y killer" as a shorthand to write off new releases is getting extremely old. When Springtrap walked in as a Bunny killer with a throwing axe, it was a given that people were going to make surface level Huntress comparisons.
Jason has literally nothing in common with Springtrap aside from "projectile that sticks in you" and "mobility tool" which I guess also makes these killers Deathslinger 3.0 and Wraith version 17 or something respectively.
