Diminishing Returns
So I don't think anyone has talked about this yet but there is a new tab in the Game Manual about Diminishing Returns. The only way I know how to access it is by going to the load out screen.
Between your load out and all perks.
There is info about everything that Diminishing Returns affects, even things I don't think were previously mentioned by the Devs or patch notes.

I didn't even know there was a game manual 💀

This is so dumb. Players shouldn't be expected to check a long-ass list of affected modifiers every time they want to make a build. The perk descriptions should automatically change to show the affected values in the menu itself.

that idea sounds amazing. also a step further they could do on top of your idea is add in the down arrow that was present during the blood moon event on the perks that didn’t work on blood gens. they could add a red arrow on perks that have the diminishing returns in your current loadout and have the updated values of diminishing returns show in red text.
i had no idea that skill check chance is affected by diminishing returns. if they had the feature to show what current perks in my load out were affected by it, i wouldn’t have brought one-two-three-four! with a toolbox in one of my current matches.

A little aside the point of the thread, I know, but it's kinda surprising to see Mending in this list.
Is there even any source of Mend speed modifiers in either direction that don't come from addons anyway?

Bro I think this system was a huge failure in Its execution.
I like its concept and what its ment to do. But this removes verity in builds and makes perks that relied on being stacked with other things.
They should of made more compensation buffs not just to Killer but also perks so they can be useful on there own.
This doesn't really effect the meta at all. It killed the none meta builds while leaving the meta builds the same.
The game when you first load a Killers or Survivors loadout screen. It says fill free to experiment. I dont believe there is no way to experiment in this game because everything rather sucks, Nerfed/Gutted next patch, removed. So its hard to believe if its worth experimenting anymore.

Hard agree it should show in our perk load out
Devs literally made red arrows for the blood gen event what perks won't work and should just use they when perks we pick are diminished

The note about surfacing more information about how Diminishing Returns is affecting a given build is a really good one. I can confirm that this isn't the first time we've heard this feedback. It's something that's been shared with the team :)
