Will the issue with The Judgment's power stuttering be resolved in the next update?

I'm starting to believe that this is an intentional nerf designed to solve the issues with sniping while maintaining the skill ceiling. It is so difficult to hit long range shots with the power and I can't use my favorite Add-ons effectively, rather it is a hindrance or waste to use most of they're Add-ons. Not to mention how bad it feels to use.

    It really does ruin sniping. Funnily enough, it make close range shots significantly easier since you have far more time to line up your shots.

    Can't wait for it to be fixed.

    It's pathetic that the devs can make balance changers to judgement but can't fix a simple bug…
