Already dead but still taking time penalty
There is a penalty for leaving the game even when im already dead or in mori animation unfortunately yet I am penalized for dying and getting mori'd. Wow? Unfortunately killer still brings lot of red mori offerings in the game and can be mori'd but can at something be done to remove the penalty when you are already dead and about to die. I'm guessing they want for survivor players to watch the whole death sequence? That's unacceptable. I just log on to try to get dailies done but it's already a struggle to with killers playing really sweaty. I do play killer sometimes but I have no need to ever use mori at all unless I have no other choice to use it at the end which is extremely rare. Is it possible to do something about the penalty when you are already dead but you still get a penalty when you leave game?
This also happens when you on 3rd hook and already dead but you will take penalty even when you leave. Seems like they want you to watch the whole animation of yourself always dying before you leave. Does anybody else get this when they play as survivor?

The mori lasts only about 10 seconds and same for dying on hook, waiting that time to not get a penalty shouldn't be too hard.
You can skip these only when you are last survivor or other survivors are bots or every survivor is downed/hooked.

Yes I do know if are the last survivor or everybody is downed there is the surrender option. You can leave game with no penalty under those conditions. But it just seems odd that if you happen to be one of the first to be dead you can't leave without a penalty.

It's just 10 seconds, would you rather be in the lobby for 5-10 minutes or watch a 10 second animation that pretty entertaining.

No its not entertaining to watch urself be dead. It could of been a very bad game where you could tunneled. slugged the entire game etc. Those things still happen. Yet we are forced to take a penalty when we are already dead when we leave.

dc's and penalties over all should be waaaaay harsher.

It's literally called dead by daylight, dying is part of the game, if you don't enjoy it then don't play the game, especially if you can't handle a 10 second long animation. There's lots of games where you can die which will happen many times so does that mean it's not entertaining to play those games?

You can counter tunneling and slugging using perks and there's many things that are annoying to play against on the killer side as well which are not expected to not be used by survivors.

You are only dead after the animation finishes and no one forced to leave right before the game will make you leave without any penalty.
