I think Peanits said in the Legion Q&A thread that they don't completely lose frenzy. It's just canceled. Meaning that if you missed a hit and the power gauge was at 75%, it would start recharging from 75%.

That is not the case. The Legion's power is canceled if they miss, it is not depleted. It's the same as just about any other Killer where missing your power puts you on a short cooldown. Or if you want a comparison, where a Survivor misses a skill check and blocks progression on the thing they were working on for a few seconds.

Completely losing the item is too harsh, specially because of skill checks that appear right when you cancel healing or repairing actions.
Taking 10-20% of the item's charge when you miss a skill check? Not a bad idea, as long as the game gives you the opportunity to complete the skill checks that appear after cancelling an action, similar to what happens with Overcharge.

So much salt about a Rework of a Killer.
He have even 4.6 base movement speed which is the highest movement speed + Frenzy.
Allthrough with his buffs and "Nerfs" hes a balanced Killer in my opinion. And i say this even as a main Killer, R1 and have this game since launch. Stop fk crying whiny teenager.

One of the original traits of Frenzy is the lack of cooldown on missed attacks.
The first thing they change is that missed attacks now not only have cooldown, but it's a full stun every time you miss as well. Is there another example of a killer power getting backpedaled as hard as this?

Nurse can cancel her blink by get stunned or any other way and even so she can blink again in a few seconds (and it is only a single comparison among other exemples), but the Legion will need to wait all the way down until the red bar is completed. And no, it is not a short cooldown. It is the whole cooldown. Erase up this.
