Does anyone feel like streetwise could use a buff?
I really like it's concept but it's always come off as weak. Especially so compared to it's counterpart: Overwhelming presence (it's very weak too)

I just don't know what besides an increase to it's percentage. Maybe make it 15/20/25% less consumption?
The problem is that you also indirectly buff flashlights and keys

you know what would be interesting? what if instead of decreasing charge consumption, once you fully consumed an item it turns into the same item but of a lower rarity and fewer charges. kind of like making use out of something even tho there's barely anything left

Streetwise and Overwhelming Presence wouldn't be too difficult to change, I personally tested Overwhelming Presence, it does literally nothing, it only burns it twice as fast in your radius, most people are just getting away from you if they hear you anyway.

Yes, it needs a buff: who uses Streetwise? At least it should give a 11/22/33% efficiency bonus, like Botany Knowledge.

Botany is that stron because it only affects healing items. Streetwise affects every item

Well... if something have 100 charges and you have streetwise... suing this item with 0.85% efficiency gives you 17.5 charges. Its not too much by itself but with certain non-meta builds it can actually be helpful.

So indirectly buff flashlights and keys, then. Flashlights have been on the weaker side since they got changed dramatically + the pickup speed buff(I won't say those weren't needed changes). Especially since the difference in blind duration with a purple + odd bulb + intense halogen from a regular one is abysmal (~3s -> ~3.25)
Keys also don't often get used more than opening the hatch, either.

How about this?
Streetwise:
Long nights out taught you to make the most out of what you got. Item consumption is decreased by 5%/10%/15% and whenever your item goes below 40% of their charges, it will repair itself at a rate of 1% every 3 seconds.

Infinite flashlights and keys? No thanks. That's insanely op.

Yes! It can automatically recharge itself when below certain amount. Since items are not required, this would make people want more items, and give a higher tier rating to Overwhelming Presence and Franklin's Demise :D

Time consuming to regenerate items? Yes.
Flashlights:
About flashlights, they aren't that big of a deal imo. If you don't check your surroundings then that's your fault, you got to be careful nowadays. Sorry, not sorry. :(
Keys:
About keys, I don't understand why infinite keys are a big deal as well. The charges are used for aura reading, and if you don't like infinite aura reading then you must hate Bond, Empathy, Object of Obsession, and etc.
I still stand by my suggestion, as long as you have to pay time to regenerate your used items.

It's mainly because of the utility they have with opening hatches. So you can just use it for aura reading all you want until you have a tiny amount of charge left then just not use it so you can unlock the hatch
