This perk stacking shouldn't happen (see screenshot)
What is a killer supposed to do against this? This is potentially 8 free health states for survivors, assuming each used BT only once. This is insane. I'm all for both sides having strong perks, but this is just excessive, and it has happened to me 3 times tonight alone.

Go for rescuer instead of rescued, BT will be meaningless that way.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/455404#Comment_455404 Check this post, I knew they had 3 BT perks in post-game lobby, never saw it in-game. And they all died with 2 or 3 gens done, so 3 Adrenalines were wasted as well.

In this particular game, I went for the rescuer on one occassion and hit them twice which proc'd MoM. Then Adrenaline went off and healed them plus the person that was unhooked. All things considered 28k points and 1 kill isn't bad considering how the deck was stacked, but still. If Exhaustion perks are redundant, health state perks should be as well.

So what you're saying is..... Survivor's should all run different perks? I'm with you on both sides here. It sucks major ass when it happens but like @ShrekIsHot said. All you can do is prepare for the worst. That also looks like a SWF so they're all coordinated which I think is perfectly fine in DBD. Because survivors need to work as a team to escape.

Even if you don't tunnel the nature of bt is problematic, but you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who agrees that the perk needs adjusting. It is potentially one of the best survivor perks in the game as Deep Wounds keeps getting major changes that make it nearly impossible for that to be the thing that kills you.

Screw that. I'll just shut off my Terror Radius so BT doesn't work.
