Licensed killer ideas you've come up with

I saw another thread about having Carrie in this game, and I thought it would be fun to have people try to come up with licensed killers and their effects. I know a lot of people mention a whole bunch of popular characters they'd like to see added, so I'm sure everyone has some ideas. Feel free to share any ideas you may have, regardless of how realistic they may be.

I was actually talking with a friend about Carrie being in the game, and this was the stuff that I brainstormed up in a few minutes:

The ESPer

By default, she's worse than the survivors in every way. Slower movement, worse chase potential, slower to vault or break everything. However, every time something happens to bother her, she gets a little stronger. This includes things like gens getting done, survivors getting unhooked, getting slammed by pallets, near attack misses, hooks being sabotaged, and repeated noise notifications like from repeatedly fast vaulting or exiting and leaving lockers. The point of her is to stay stealthy and try not to bother her too much. When her power is completely maxed, the ground in her TR catches fire, the gens she passes by are temporarily locked, and she gets a speed boost over 115%. This effect has a minimum duration, and then starts resetting once that duration has ended. The duration of this effect can be extended if she continues to be bothered.

Perks:

Prom Night

You become obsessed with one survivor. When starting the match, the obsession can't be damaged by the killer. This effect stays until the obsession stuns or blinds the killer. After this, the killer gains bloodlust against non-obsession targets in half the time, and gains a flat 5% speed boost when chasing the obsession. Noise notifications and auras are suppressed for other survivors until the obsession is killed or sacrificed.

Mark of Sin

Survivors in the killer's terror radius are slowly marked by sin. The progression of the mark is halted while the survivor is working on a gen or healing another survivor. When a survivor is fully marked, the weight of their sins oppress them. They gain the hindered status until they heal another survivor for one health state or they are downed.

Fire Up! (But Literal This Time)

Survivors being chased by the killer slowly have their clothes catch fire. This effect increases at a decreased rate when out of a chase until it is completely removed. Survivors must put themselves out with a short action or scream periodically when they have fully caught flame.

I'd like to see the old Universal movie monsters like Wolf man or my favorite , creature of the black lagoon. I feel like they would be refreshingly different , and would fit DBD quite well, being so other wordly, and not to mention, creepy.
