Freddy Nightmare Traps

What if in the dream realm freddy could scratch objects and turn them into nightmare traps. The traps could play mind games. Leading enough time to bring others into dream realm. In the dream realm he must be the master but all he does is chase. I really think a rework of his powers are needed.
Scratch a hook and whenever someone also in dream realm goes to save them. The survivor then turns into freddy and comes off the hook. (Hag like teleport)
Scratch a pallet and the pallet will be laughing as it goes up and down in dream realm.
Scratch a closet and freddy long arm comes down with swipe that should be avoided in the dream realm.
Scratch a generator and when touched it turns to barb wire and a survivor must struggle to get out. (Trapper like trap)
Scratch a basement in the dream realm and watch it surround itself with fire. The hooked freddys laugh in basement for a little, while giving audio cues to go before nightmare trap stops
Scratch an item box and watch it slowly chase survivors like a dog in dream realm trying to bite you when your coming to close.
Scratch the exit gate and have freddy clones surround survivor in dream realm. (Doctor illusions to extreme)
Scratch a wall and have freddy face push out in dream realm.
Scratch a survivor in dream realm and have fake freddys lunge at them every 60 seconds when not in chase.
Scratch the hatch and it eats you alive if escape through dream realm.

If anyone has better version of nightmare traps let me know ♡

    That sounds great and really complicated lol. I wrote a thread on Freddy buffing, but I think your idea is amazing and creative. So diverse and dbd uses "simple" mechanics or powers. I would play that game though.

    Traps already exist, so I see this being feasible.

    I like these ideas, but some should just be a default effect.
    That said, some are also unfeasible, and others are just plain pointless.

    I think the dead by daylight team must watch his movies all together and brainstorm him a bit better. He came very soon after leatherface and maybe only stuck to him being in dreams. They could of went many routes with his powers.
