Here is what i would do.


-Nerfing Nurses Omegablink/Multiblink

-Making it so Tuning guide and primer bulb no longer stack as well as spark plug.

-Making it so Insta cooldown addons no longer stack for Billy.

-Nerfing Adrenaline

-Nerfing NOED

-Remove the slow at the start of leatherfaces chainsaw.

-Nerf exhaustion addons.

-Nerf Sprint Burst.

-Adjust Hitboxes in general.

-Add a DC BAN timer that adds up the more you dc.

-Give wraith the built in bloodhound as well as the things they showed in the dev stream but never happened for wraith.

-Buff perks that are not currently in rotation to create for viable perks for both survivor and killer.

-Revert the remember me nerf and buff remember me to 8 tokens while removing it working once end game collapse has started while also making the last survivor the obsession to gain the normal door speed to keep it fair.

-Rework and adjust maps with time wasters(Semi Infinites)

-Rework the game and haddionfield COMPLETELY

-Adjust pallet spawns to spawn more pallets that are a mindgame for both sides and reduce the amount of safe pallets on certain maps.

-Create more strict rules on toxicity in the post game chat.

-Add more objectives for both sides to do.

-Add a blood market to buy and sell wanted/unwanted items offerings addons using bloodpoints.

-Up the bloodpoint gains as well as adjusting prestige to start from level

15-Prestige one

20-Prestige two

50-Prestige three

-Remove the reset once you prestige a killer/survivor

-Remove month rank reset now 3 month seasons in between rank reset.

-Added in ranked rewards

-the ability to see stats and things you can improve on as killer/survivor

-Adjusted the instructions and socket swivels stacking on a commodious toolbox as well as adjusted prove thyself stacking with the repair speed addons it now picks the perk over the addons.

-Added in a way to be notified in game when the dead by daylight twitch goes live will appear as a notification

-Edited bloodpoint dailies to now give more bloodpoints

-Adjusted mettle of man to gain exhaustion after using it to prevent it stacking with dead hard.

-Buffed the Trapper to have all traps by default.

-Adjusted bloodlust to no longer be as effective once map tiles and time wasters have been fixed.

-Buffed 110% killers to 112% because of the bloodlust change.

-Adjusted the ranking system to fit all playstyles while also taking into account situations where the survivors and or killer can be abused and depip such as dc's

-Added in a feedback tab ingame to allow players to give constructive criticism keep in mind rules apply do not abuse this function

-Re visit Hillbilly's new hitbox to concrete decide if its the hitbox thats the problem or hit detection thats causing false hits.

-Adjusted Moris

Ebony-2 Survivors

Ivory-1

Cypress-Last remaining survivor. Gain an additional 100% bloodpoints in sacrifice

-Rework Dying Light to no longer be a perk to encourage tunneling the off hook.

-Spread the hooks out more to make sabo somewhat used without needing an offering.

-Remove Double Pallet spawns completely from the system it will no longer spawn a pallet within a certain range of another one.

-Removed the ability for totems to spawn next to gens

-Added in the stay together feature in lobbies for survivors so they no longer have to remake the lobby.

-Added in extra incentives for facing a swfs groups such as bonus shards and bloodpoints at random.

This is just a start im sure i could come up with more but these are the changes that i think ive commonly seen people ask for.

IMPORTANT this post is to create debate in a healthy way if you disagree feel free to discuss these are my opinions things i would do if given the time and the situation where i could the point is for discussion its healthy and there is nothing wrong with it keep it civil and on point.

    @Hexyl so far youre one of ppl that understand balanced its the first time i read all of it and im positive and also i agree everything about it this needs to be a patch for a high rank its just boring all the time its billy and nurse so i hope they read this post and just do it make it first in ptb and ppl can use feedback

    Hey man glad you enjoyed the read yeah i try to see things from both sides and looking at things from a middle ground while also trying to avoid being biased towards my main role which is killer i feel a lot of people dont try to see the game from both sides and it continues to create a rift between the community i just hope the devs see some key things and gain there own ideas as well as get a understanding of how others feel about certain things.


    At the end of the day its feedback to show the devs some may agree with my ideas and some may disagree it happens no one has to agree with everything a lot of that is based on my opinion and thats what makes it good feedback people can discuss and that at the end of the day is what the devs are looking for is a way to gain feedback as well as understanding what the community likes and does not like.

    Sorry it took me awhile to respond anyway regarding sprint burst the problem is the nerf that was "aimed" at sprint burst missed it and instead nerfed every other exhaustion perk yes it fixed a issue with it but it didnt solve the problem which is the fact it requires no situational awareness what so ever a good example is you can catch a survivor in the wide open but they gain enough distance to reward their bad positioning the problem is not the exhaustion its the distance you get imagine if dead hard was a football field like sprint burst.

    That sometimes works, in other cases you can not swing at them and force them to use sprint burst, and judging by your pfp, if you play hillbilly and see a survivor walking when you run up to them, charge your chainsaw, I believe Hillbilly sprints faster than 150% if I am correct

    Yeah i figured it would take some time but the goal is not everything in one patch but some to start rolling out over time also my thoughts on the prestige changes was to reduce the core issue with it which is the harsh grind and bloodpoints required i understand why its so grindy dont get me wrong but back in 2016 it was okay but with all the new characters coming out and such its become a taller order and i will agree that its not mandatory but its also barely done anymore with the addition of the store.

    The current problem with billy is that in almost 99% of those situations you are gonna get a false hit because of the iframes of sprint burst its been like this since billys release you can probably tell now why i dislike sprint burst a little because they have never managed to fix this situation and even buffed his hitbox to "try" to fix it but it did in certain situations chainsawing while falling rarely gives a false hit anymore but sprint burst still does in most situations Also most smart survivors 99 sprint burst and walk until they see you chainsawing and force a false hit.

    Perfect. Only thing I will add to that list is:


    Thanathofobia buff (like 2.6.0 buff - but without healing penalty)

    Gens increased from 80 seconds to 90/100 seconds.



    Perfectly Balanced.



    And Plagues vomit should do 50% or 100% penalty for repairing and cleansing ONLY.

    I mean thats your opinion and again i did say in my opinion your allowed to disagree but if you have better ideas why dont you post them again the point of the post is not to say everything there is law its to create a discussion which could lead to more ideas.

    It would take way to long (for me) to discuss every point I disagree with, that's why I just said in general that I don't like your patch note.

    Imo u shot the gun with changes. Yes, some stuff needs changes and I agree with some points. But to many stuff is really unnecessary and wouldn't fix anything. In fact, it would just DbD even more boring.

    I prefer a healthier game to play more "balanced" than to get new content to the game, the more content is more unbalanced, therefore, the game will never be ... more or less balanced.

    You would be going a year if not more without balance changes if there was an update on this scale, is what I mean. That's why they're typically done little bits at a time rather than all at once.

    Im not aware of behind the things stuff but just for the sake of curiosity couldnt you guys just in theory work on something of this scale behind the scenes and just release something like this in multiple sections instead of one big patch while also continuing the normal 3 month intervals or would something of this scale overload you also i understand if this is a question you are not allowed to answer.

    What you've basically described is the way we already do things. We're working on a bunch of different things at any given time, but rather than waiting for a ton of stuff to be ready and release them all at once, we release them over the course of the year (typically in updates every six weeks or so).
