this say it all, if you get 4 kills and they didn't do any gen you lose, broken pip system

You can only pip if you hook survivors multiple times. You can pip even when 2 people escape if you got enough hooks. If they die on first hook that is bad for us.

The emblem system requires you to have a full game. If 3 people disconnect and 1 survivor dies on his first hook - do you think that deserves a pip? I don't even expect a safety pip if the game ends in less than 5 minutes.

Emblem system is screwed up now. Maybe you don't deserve to pip in this case, but depip? Come on.

It is true but survivors get screwed when someone dies early too and it is not always their fault.

Been there before. Entity displeased?! The Entity can go screw itself after that. Brutality and Sacrifices should carry more weight than running around and kicking gens when your ultimate goal is to kill/sacrifice survivors.

Entity feeds on emotions. Killing for the sake of it is not satisfying to it. But this make me think, why don't killers get more points when they hook survivors when the gens are powered? Giving someone hope then taking it can be really powerful. It is contradicting. You need to stop gens to get points but also can't kill people too quickly. It needs to be addresed.

You just need to hook everyone times to get the full weight out of those categories. They also need to heal to full without being 1 shot do you can get mord hits for chaser emblem

That's not as easy as it sounds when survivors gen rush all day. If you're not Billy/Nurse/Spirit and decide you want to have "fun" as a killer outside of them, there's a great chance that's not happening. Especially if you decide to not run Ruin. You're lucky if you can get multiple hooks on multiple people by the time the gen count goes to zero.

The pipping system rewards survivors for tryharding the ass off of you, while the killers pip system works in favor of the survivors.
You'll have to make their game as enjoyable as you can, but they can still dominate you with a SWF, with 16 second chance perks and then you still depip. ;)
It's the game, get used to it.

This is the gist of it and it blows my mind that the devs think this is ok.
And the supposed rank rework will only be implemented in the 15th chapter, right?

New emblem system is just screwed.
DC, self-sacrificing on the first hook ect. all things that is out of your control.
This is true for both parties, Killers and Survivors.
The Crux is, to get more competent teammates/players you need to rank up, but you can't ran up when potatoes die too fast or DC.
Yes with enough grind you eventually get there... but it's no fun.

Killer gets punished for playing good.
In order to pip he has to play with the survivors fun in mind.
I somehow doubt that high rank SWF groups have the killers fun in mind...

What only for the survivors and they make so even if you do nothing you still can pip. Oh, that's unfair.
But really now they make it so no matter what you do you get points and can pip but the killers have to play this way.
If you play Fredy and put one survivor in the dream world you start a chase and if you put multiple at the time you lose the chase. If you play bill and you only chainsaw you lose 1 point on hitting survivors. How you make a pip system for all the killers the same and them make a new one for the survivors that reword different gameplay. I really hope they fix it soon but let's be honest this pip system hep survivors and only them so it's gonna stay for long.
