White Noise 2 in Dead by Daylight.
I had a killer concept. I want to share it with y'all and take some comments and suggestions. Without further ado, introducing:
The Devour(er). Still working on name.
Power: Devour Evil
The Devour has 2 stances.
Evil stance: Standard killer. 115 speed, all the normal stats.
The power button performs a channel.
The channel takes 4 seconds.
Your movement drops to 90% during the channel.
The channel changes stances.
Devour stance: Drops movement to 103%. Terror radius drops to 12 meters. Getting close to a survivor (think Myers grab range) will grab the survivor, dropping them a hook state over a 5 second animation.
YOU CANNOT KILL A SURVIVOR IN THIS STANCE.
Upon completing the animation, you will be teleported at least 32 meters away from all survivors, and both stances will receive a permanent 2% speed boost, per grab.
Ultra rares:
Cassette Tape: A tape containing one of 8 clues to banish you. Fills you with a resolve to prevent your demise.
Unlocks the ability to kill survivors with the Devour stance.
Pristine Bulb: A flashlight bulb in pristine condition.
Stance switch time reduced to .75 seconds.
Thanks for reading!

I think this would be a little bit OP but I may not be reading it right.

How so? What should I change?

Mainly dropping a full hook state over a 5 second animation. Then again he moves at 103% ms so (s)he would actually be weak. (I read it wrong) he’d be pretty easy to loop.

That's why he has 2 modes. I took the idea of Myers (getting more powerful as the nach progressed) and extrapolated.

(S)he moves at 90% ms while changing so switching mid chase wouldn’t be viable, might be decent if in their devour mode they’d have a significantly lower tr.

Ooo good idea. I'll edit OP.

I dont know about this mostly reason its this game have a lore that killers a past were humans white noise its just a monster that try to kill all of the guys xd also remember devs want human killers not monsters

The creatures in White Noise are humanoid, and some such as Darcy have backstories as humans.

yes they are humanoid but they arent humans if you saw the devs stream along time ago they ask if xenomorph will be in this game and the answer its no the reason its that the past of the killer are humans and become killer but they still are humans but with different look
