Does the Plague have any redeeming qualities?
She seems pretty weak to me. Even worst than Freddy. She's slow, aiming her vomit is pretty clunky and it slows you down even more. When you loop her, it pretty much cancels her power, she's wasting time by going to the wells and drinking..she has no end game power..no map control..Am I missing something? I've been playing every single killer and I can rank up with pretty much everyone (with some killers it's quicker, with others slower but even with Freddy it's possible) but I've been always deranking when playing as Plague and I just can't figure her out (especially vs experienced survivors). Is she at the bottom of the killer tier list? To me it pretty much seems like it.

Do you seriously think Plague is weaker than Freddy? I've seen the Legion arguments but not Plague. She's leaps and bounds better than Freddy because you can just puke on someone and leave them to try and puke on everyone. They either cleanse or stay broken entire game. Survivors can deny your corrupt purge, sure, but Apple add on should be considered and if you pop your fountain while everyone is broken, theyre most likely going to start cleansing.
And she's 4.6 and doesn't need to sleep people.

Is she really 4.6? Haven't they changed it? She feels much slower for some reason. Maybe there's some bug with her speed? Or maybe I'm just mistaken but even so - when survivors deny your corrupt purge and are good loopers, you can't do pretty much anything. And even when you have your corrupt purge, it's pretty easy to loop the Plague anyway. As a survivor I have no problems with that. And as the Plague I can't hit anyone who's running in the circles. I would say It's so much more difficult to hit anyone experienced in comparision with the Huntress. But maybe it's just me :) On the other hand Legion is pretty ok killer (mid tier) I would say. You just have to play them as they were supposed to be played. I see a lot of Legions on purple ranks and they're not doing bad and I've been double pipping with him pretty often.

Shes a generic M1 killer with an instadown, basically. Run Enduring, SF, Bamboozle. She feels slow because of her height.

She speaks Old Valyrian. Not sure that's a "redeeming quality" (only person I know of with this knowledge is an utter #########), but there you have it.
As a killer, she's useless.

You can't compare her with Freddy... You know Freddy is a joke when he has to use his power to even be an M1 killer :O

As Ba_tetsuo said, running her with perks befitting a generic M1 killer is the way to go since many times survivors simply wont bother healing against her. She IS a 115% killer, so not too shabby speed wise, but not being able to use half your power if the survivors simply dont let you can make her feel pretty boring and her height doesnt help you on mindgames.
Also, i wish people would stop picking on mah boi Freddy when making these comparisons. He was my go-to forever and actually the first killer i got to rank 1. Unfortunately alot of ppl treat him like hes an M1 killer with no redeeming qualities and just a big handicap. Thats how they play him, and then when they get stomped by the end of the match with that mentality, they assume they were right.

I think Plague is decent, dunno why people think she is trash.

Plague is bad, worse than Freddy, at least Freddy can slow the game down and has a good tracking ability, Plague has nothing, no map pressure, no chase potencial and no tracking. Shes overall a worse Legion.
Note : Legion is also trash.

Two words: SIDE BOOB. I've made my case. (Mic drop)

She's solid mid tier in my opinion, She can brake survivors easily but she struggles a lot with getting that first hit after they've broken unless you manage to aim all the vomit and are right on top of the survivor since using her vomit slows her down 3 times and gives survivors the distance to get to a loop where she is weakest.
If you have survivors that cleanse a lot then she gets better if you can manage to pass by a fountain and not waste time going to get the power up but ultimately this is in the survivors hands so it's not very reliable.
Overall she has a lot of downsides to every aspect of her power but in the right circumstances can do both very well or horribly bad.

"Even worst than Freddy."
I stopped reading here. Bye.

There's not much to figure out, unfortunately. She has major drawbacks any way you choose to play her. When survivors stay Broken, you're still just an M1 killer with no chase potential. Survivors will just safe drop pallets. Most loops are safe and they will never run out of pallets on most maps by the time gens are done. She's also super tall so good luck with mindgames. Enduring/Spirit Fury will help. You can win this way, but it's super boring.
You can run Thanataphobia, but 16% (best case scenario) is still pretty inconsequential and it'll be midgame by the time you get it.
Survivors will typically cleanse in unison around 1 gen left, and the fountains will be in Narnia. As soon as you leave to get Corrupt Purge, the last gen will pop. Your Corrupt Purge will be halfway gone by the time you make it back.
If you're lucky, you'll get some not-so-smart survivors that chain cleanse in the middle of the map throughout and you'll feel like a god. But that's the thing with her. She relies on survivor mistakes. Did they make a mistake at a safe loop while Broken? Did they not realize you had Spirit Fury? Did they cleanse in the middle of the map? You get the picture.
