Ghostface's Cheap Cologne add-on
I really don't undersand what the point of this add-on is.
What does it do? Does it shorten the exposed status duration? Why would I ever want to nerf my own power?
If there's something I'm missing, please explain.

Exactly, that's ridiculous . Makes you wonder if it's just a mistake , or if the developers were trying to make Ghostface weaker, especially considering the condition he started the ptb in...which is thankfully fixed now for the most part, but still... The only thing I can come up with is if you, for whatever foolish reason, wanted to create more challenge for yourself, but at this point all things considered , why would you want to do that? .

Might be one of those troll add ons like the speed limiter or the one on wraith that makes his TR still active during stealth.
That or its just a typo.

To keep it simple, this build is from the middle of an add-on pass. When we made changes to Ghost Face's power, we needed to revisit most of his add-ons to make sure that they worked with the new values. We wanted to get it out before the bloodhunt started so people could give him a try without missing out, but that meant that we had to take a build from the middle of the changes. This means that some descriptions are outdated or just plain don't match what they now do.
It actually increases the time they stay marked.
