Botany Knowledge
I think survivor gameplay should be more interactive and fun.
Botany Knowledge: not a bad perk but very boring, here's my suggestion:
In the totems spots that are not currently occupied spawn 3/4/5 plants. Interacting with a plant for 5 (maybe 7) seconds makes you hold them, but you can hold only 2 at a time. You can consume a plant to heal you at normal speed or to heal another survivor at double speed. Plants do not respawn.

I would like the automatic efficiency and speed, but maybe reduced until you gain the plants. Helps with keeping gray medkits :)

I like the idea. They could even branch this concept to creating perks that buff a survivor based on the number totems destroyed on the map.

It would be nice if the plants could be shared with other survivors since Claudette is canonically altruistic.

Canonically: Very shy and Altruistic
Actual: A demon with 50 flashlights and can summon a vortex of pallets.

This would be a nice change. I would like it if it keeped the percentage, but the plants need to be found. The plants could be sparkling and can only be seen by the owner of Botany Knowledge.

Neat idea. I've always thought BK should do what the perk description says and slow down your bleeding and/or make it disappear more quickly.

This is literally medkit. I really like botany knowledge as it is.

I like the idea on paper, but I don't think the developers would add a completely new mechanic just for a perk. However, that doesn't mean it could ever be implemented because it could be a base mechanic for survivors (after killers are balanced around high mid-tier).

🤣 I'm dying here.
I like the concept of having more map items which scope is limited match per match and cannot be obtained/kept outside of the single game. Would make the game more immersive with more interactable objects. It's not easy to balance tho'.

I feel like this would be very balanced if no additional plants spawn if more than 1 survivor brings the perk. That way, you might have 2 people that can use plants, but only 5 or so plants are on the map. Otherwise, you would get 4 people running this perk all at the same time, being able to heal themselves very quickly pretty much the entire game with no drawback.

You could actually make non-hex totems to be covered by wild but very curative plants, so if you're using BK and you cleanse a totem you'll gain a token that'll work the way you intend. They would only need to re-do the totem design and have it grant this token.

It should probably be a token thing too harvesting. The harvest speed should probably be the same around cleansing a totem, since it is collecting plants. Shouod the plants regenerate over time though?

yeah i know xD, it's just a concept ,I didnt think about the balance that much but I guess the fact that you have to look for them wastes a bit of time, while medkits and selfcare are always available

yeah that was my ideia, you collect a plant and gain a token, using the token to heal yourself or another person.
