Infectious Fright??
- Infectious Fright is no longer tied to basic attacks and will trigger whenever a Survivor is put into the dying state.
What the, so a perk that was used mostly to meme and were decent on few select killers, got nerfed to become another useless killer perk? As if there wasn't enough useless killer perks already.
GG another win for the survivors and another nail into the coffin for the games health.

Lol “no longer tied to basic attacks” means it now applies to ALL attacks as long as they go into dying state.
You need to chillax this is a buff.

Read the perk description again. It was heavily buffed. It now works under all circumstances. Every killer and every attack can now trigger the perk's effect.

Has anyone tested if it works with Trapper's honing stone traps? Would be crazy if someone got put into the dying state on the other side of the map while everyone around Trapper screams reavealing their position resulting in loads of sudden pressure.

@Fictionalname Unless you're talking about something else, as others stated it kinda lost one of the requirements, making it activate with M2 powers too. So it doesn't look like a nerf at all.
If you meant something else can you please clarify? 👍️

AFAIK this is a buff (And a great one at that!). Huntress and Billy might see some use for it now.

Probably still not gonna be very useful to huntress, since her TR is only 20 meters.

And she has a ranged attack, so she is able to down people outside of her terror radius 😁.

I've seen this on a few Billys - but it is tough for the majority to give up one of these: Ruin, BBQ/Chili, Enduring, Spirit Fury

if im honest, i never understood the Spirit Fury + Enduring hype on billy...
i mean, your a billy. you already take care of pallets very easily, why use those two? you sacrifice 2 perk slots for something you by default pretty much have...
i understand ruin (even though im not a fan of it and dthink there are better perks) and obviously BBQ. thats like a must have on billy xD
my personal build is BBQ&Billy, Pop Goes The Weasel, Monitor & Abuse and Discordance (which is also REALLY good on billy)
i might actually Drop monitor for Infectious Fright... its gonna be hard playing with the normal FoV though xD
