And if LEGION receives the major or minor stun depending on the chains with Feral Frenzy?
I will detail the QOL about legion:
At present:
- Legion receives a stun of 4 seconds always
QOL (idea)
- Legion's stun base is reduced by each stroke with feral frenzy in survivors. So, if you chain 1 hit only, the stun when you stop the power is: 1 hit x 0.5s = 0.5s; 4 seconds - 0.5s = 3.5 seconds final stun. So I would look for with this change that by chaining several hits to several survivors their final stun would be reduced.
- If you are looking for a chain of 4, (4x0.5 = 2; Stun: 4-2 = 2 seconds the stun)

The hell do you mean by chain? Individual strikes with their FF, or instances of Deep Wounds inflicted?

So you get stun when you hit a survivor with your power?

It's easy, for every "chain" of 1 survivor you reduce the stun 0.5 seconds. The base stun is 4 seconds, if you are looking to chain 3 strokes with FERAL FRENZY, the stun would be: 3 strokes x 0.5 = 1.5 seconds; Final Stun after those 3 strokes = 2.5 seconds
With this change, he would make legion look for a chain of 4 survivors so that his final stun is much smaller:
Ex: 4x0.5s = 2 seconds
Final Stun you will receive: 4 s base kit - 2 s = 2 seconds
With this change we encourage the use of FERAL FRENZY.

Oh so potential 1 second stun for that last poor soul. (with cd add-on)

The more people you hit with feral frenzy the lower the fatigue stun time.

Granted you would have to hit 4 people and most of the time it does survivors on potatoes tell immediately start putting distance between you and them which screws over your chances of getting four chains.
The only time I could ever see you getting an easy peasy chain when is if you're probably defending last hook after the exit gates are open and a group of survivors try to make a save attempt.
