[QUESTION] its NOED BUGGED or something?
The noed is activated with the last generator repaired ... not with the exit doors open, am I right?

NOED is activated when the Exit Doors are able to be powered - not when they are open and not when the last gen is completed under the EGC.
In what way do you think it's bugged right now?

noed activates when the last GEN is completed. This is assuming the survivors didn’t break every single totem on the map

It can be activated when there is one survivor left, and the killer closed the hatch.. but there were 5 gens left to do.

I think that's a translation issue then @Th3Nightmare the doors definitely do not need to be open, but they do need to be powered.

"powered" and "open" is not the same concept. You can't open the gates at the beginning of the match because they are not powered
