My idea's to MoM and OoO rework

For MoM : Reduce the stacks from 3 to 2,it would give Survivor's a bt effect when farmed and it wouldn't be too op.

MoM : Removing the ability to see Killer in stealth mode.

  For the first one : the system of hit detection should be adjusted.

  For the second i guess , you mean OoO. I would just add an extra condition no swf can use the perk.

  MoM should be protection AND Safe hook rescues, this'll make it a good combo with WGLF
