Reward killers for using their power instead of punishing (bloodpoints)

So there is this thing that really bugs me when playing certain killers. And that is that they outright gets punished for using their power, bloodpoint wise. What i mean is. Hillbilly, Leatherface, Michael Myers all get less points than other killers when using their power.

Now they did it right with The Ghostface, but these killers need updating to. When ghostface downs someone with exposed he gets his deviosness points AND 600 brutality points since he is skipping one health state. This should also affect the chainsaw bro's and Myers

Myers on the other hand is maybe the killer with alround the lowest bloodpoint gain in the game, since he don't get any deviousness points for downing someone with his tier 3 power or surprising someone in tier 1. He also only gets the normal 300 brutality for downing someone with his exposed effect, So if you compare this to ghostface you can see how this isn't fair.

The pig should also get a scoring event for hitting people out of ambush, since it is still use of her power to surprise her prey. Same with why Myers should get scoring events in tier 1 hits and tier 3 hits.
