Breakdown perk update
Breakdown could use something more to make it less nuanced and less conditional. This perk isn't appealing to run ( outside of maybe a sabo build ) because you can only use it 2 times at most. With it being so conditional it is very underwhelming perk to choose for a perk slot. An idea I had to make Breakdown less situational is to have its affects apply on successful hook rescues too :
- Anytime you perform a safe hook rescue on another survivor , their hook will break and both the survivor and rescuer will see the Killer's aura for 4/5/6 seconds.
Concerns? Opinions? How would you like to update this perk ?

Anytime you are unhooked or you unhook yourself , the hook will break for 30 seconds , and the killer's aura is shown to you for 4/5/6 seconds.
On safe hook rescues , the hook will break for 30 seconds , and the Killer's aura is shown to you and the unhooked survivor for 4/5/6 seconds.
Verdict :
Keep Breakdown as it is - It's fine for now.

Exactly..I'd rather not get incentive to make it even easier..with this it can be done with 1 or two people easily..

I like the idea of this but I have another idea to change it.
When escaping from a hook, the hook breaks and you see the killers aura for 6/8/10 seconds. You also leave no scratch marks for 6/8/10 seconds.
This makes this perk something that can be used for a quick escape and prevent tunneling. You can escape, know where the killer is, and evade quickly. Thoughts?

Hmm...maybe that wouldnt be so bad..still annoying but..the perk itself fits that bill so..manageable
