The Spirit
I love playing as a Spirit but as a survivor it is mystery what is she doing. Next to window is she vaulting, standing or using her power. In my opinion survivors should see if she’s vaulting.

The non-existent vaulting animation is part of the Spirit's mindgame ability, much like standing at a pallet. If you want a better idea of what the spirit is doing, try running spine chill, as that tells you when the spirit, NOT the husk, is looking at you. When spine chill indicates she is looking in a direction that she doesn't appear to be looking in, you'll know she is currently phasing.

Even tho it's super annoying, she would lose part of her mind gaming ability.

No they should not. The entire mindgame idea behind her, is the question "Is she standing still or not?". This would remove a big aspect of this idea.
