Tree Gelbman new survivor idea (happy death day)
Honestly you guys I wouldn't mind seeing Tree Gelbman as a survivor in DBD. Now bear with me on this cause I know most of you might think it is a stupid idea, but just think about this character. She has encountered with a killer many times and has even experienced death hundreds of times. Not only that but she's able to adapt to change whenever there's a different killer or the environment has changed. I'm not exactly a fan of the film's or the characters, but playing sooo much DBD and then seeing these movies kinda wants me to have her in the game. I'm not sure who the killer would be (I know it's the baby face killer but there was multiple people wearing the same outfit as the killer) or if the killer should be in the game in the first place. I don't know this is just a thought I had. Would love to hear some perk ideas for her though if you got any!

I would love this! What sort of perks would she have? If it was a Chapter DLC, what would Baby Face's ability and perks be?

I actually did have one perk in mind! It would be called "Futures-Past." (Or better name) Description:
"Your constant experience with death has made you an expert in knowing/ predicting the killer's next move.
When entering the killer's terror radius, the perk activates. The survivor can see the killer's aura for 2-3-5 seconds.
If the survivor is the killer's obsession, the survivor can see the killer's aura for 4-6-7 seconds, but in exchange, the killer gains haste for 6 to 5 seconds.
The perk has a cool down of 120-110-90 seconds.
I'm still thinking of other ideas for perks but that's one. I would say Tree's perks would be similar to David King's since she does everything she can to protect her friends while being a strong fighter.
I'm not entirely sure about baby face though. Kind of difficult to think for them. I would love to have their mori involve them putting a cupcake with a candle on it next to the survivor's face and then get the fire blown to show the survivor's last breath.
Location wise I would have to say it be either the College Campus because that's where all the reverse/rebirth crap was happening, or the Hospital because that's the one place where Tree confronted baby face the most.
I think these are good but I still could use some help on ideas obviously. Thank you btw for the interest!

I actually made a few perk ideas for Tree a while back. Mostly, they had to do with the whole "time loop" thing, since, y'know, it's the premise of the movie.
Perk 1 - Time Loop
- Activate-able perk.
- Upon activation, the survivor reverts to the position they were at 8/10/12 seconds ago.
- Any progress on any interaction, excluding healing others, will be reverted to the position it was at when the survivor first started their interaction.
- Injuries are not healed
- Cannot be activated in a chase
- Cooldown of 90/75/60 seconds
"See you soon, #########." - Theresa "Tree" Gelbman
Perk 2 - Nine Lives
- Can recover from the dying state.
- Tier based perk.
- Tiers increase whenever the survivor gets downed.
- Tier 1 - Recover from dying state 50%/55%/60% faster, and heal to Healthy State on recovery
- Tier 2 - Recover from dying state 30%/35%/40% faster, and inflicts Hindered for 60 seconds on recovery
- Tier 3 - Recover from dying state 10%/5%/0% slower, and inflicts Broken on recovery
"I keep on getting weaker every time I come back. You know, maybe I'm like that cat with nine lives. Eventually, I'm gonna run out." - Theresa "Tree" Gelbman
Perk 3 - Rolling Blackout
- When the killer is in a radius of 8 meters, and the survivor is in the dying state, a Skill Check occurs
- A Good Skill Check stuns the killer for 1 second, but the survivor is not healed.
- A Great Skill Check stuns the killer for 2 seconds, and you recover to the injured state.
- A Failed Skill Check does nothing.
- Skill check success area is reduced by 75%/60%/45%.
- No audio cue for skill check
"Safety's off. Thanks for the tip." - Theresa "Tree" Gelbman.

Really cool but I don't understand the purpose of time loop if it isn't for chase ?

I initially posted these perks on Reddit, and this was one of the comments I got:
"...any time in a chase you just teleport 12 seconds away from the killer, that's an insane amount added to a chase when you consider they have to re-close that ground, not lose track of you in that time, and hope you don't get to a new pallet/loop. It'd be like sprint burst activating mid chase but lasting like 10 full seconds."
In essence, it would make the killer have to double back, and try not to lose the survivor before they make it to another pallet. So instead, it would be to quickly hide after missing a skill check, then reverting when the killer investigates the noise.
