Leatherface needs a buff
As a killer main that has many hours into the game, Leatherface deserves a buff.
You might say why?
Because there is a version of him better out there i.e Hillbilly.
Why would anyone buy him if they can just play Hillbilly?
There is 2 big flaws with him right now.
First one is you are not catching up with survivors EVEN if they run in a straight line with your chainsaw.
Second is you cannot mindgame anything due to his frenzy being so slow.
That's really stupid indeed but that's how it is.
So the only thing that needs to be changed is the movement speed when chainsawing, I guess 115% is his base movement speed, make it 125% during the chainsaw and he'll be viable.

He does slow down too much when charging

And it slow down 86.25%.
You must be behind the survivors or you cant follow up to them.
