Got reported for being smart?

Be playing plague, simple detection build with vp effectiveness add-ons . Normal af game so far, survivors seem to favor more "meta" perks. Obsession playing reckless must mean they have DS (they did) so I typically only smack them when they're in the way.

Slug them when they're stupid and every time they end up picked up within 30ish seconds. Obvious for a swf, so I really don't care. Keeps them off gens since they've gotta go run and pick up their DS decoy.

Slowly work through the match, take out everyone without camping or anything. Don't need to when they're falling for basic af mind games. Finally hook obsession and end match.

They're absolutely livid I didn't let them use DS and report me. I see adrenaline on everyone, insta heal medkit, engineer toolbox with spare part, dead hard, spine chill, borrowed time, all the typical "lol we're toxic swf" perks.

Yet I'm toxic for doing basic counter play?

    Don't let it get to you. Some people get way too competitive and don't stop to think about the killer's perspective, they only get as far as "I'm really disappointed I didn't get to use my DS" and take it out on you. It can be frustrating - often when I'm playing SWF, talking in discord or something, there might be some exchange like "This dick is slugging me, my DS is about to run out" "That sucks, what an #########", but we would never seriously expect the killer not to do that because that's exactly what we would do in their position. These guys just took it too far.

    As for the report, I wouldn't worry about it. Unless you get reported a lot, you're not likely to get banned. Even when people do get reported, I'm pretty sure the devs review the gameplay and stuff before they even get close to punishing the person.

    Wait spine chill is a toxic "we're swf" perk? Lol I've never met a toxic swf group that eve used spinechill as it doesnt help with looping but ok

    Helps the people who aren't looping gtfo, also used to counter spirit, Myers, Ghostface, etc.

    Yes I agree but half the people using it are running stealth builds so unless they have sprint burst they are still probably close enough for a quick search around. also spine chill ever only works once against me (I main GF and wraith and some times play spirit) the reason i can counter SC so easily is because I run it in my build and know its limitations. I mean its counter is even in its description lol

    Nothing wrong with playing how you did.

    Only thing is, the DS stuff sounds like playing around old DS, the obsession is never confirmed to be the person running it any more, and you only need to care about it if you hit them right off the hook.

    Stop caring about what the survivors have to say at the chat besides "GG".

    When they start their insults and report threats just ignore them or laugh at them (to laugh at them is funnier)

    Hey, if it makes you feel any better, I got reported for using my ears as a means to locate a survivor with crows hiding in a locker. Was playing Nurse (PS4) because why not and this Kate thought that on her last hook (after getting found by BBQ twice) the best play was to hide in a locker for quite a while. I happened to hook someone pretty close by and heard the crows just as I was leaving. Got a voice message post game saying I’d been reported with video evidence lol.

    Best thing to do is ignore them. Basic counterplay to perks isn’t reportable, otherwise literally any survivor who uses lockers to counter BBQ, throwing pallets early to avoid Spirit Fury, stuff like that and same elsewhere on the killer side for things that can be countered without perks or addons would all be reportable. Nothing wrong with waiting out DS. Still... odd that they want you to tunnel them considering they usually complain about tunneling in general 🤔
