Legion Pins rework idea
Introduction
Since The Legion received its (terrible) rework, a mechanics that affected multiple players gameplay have been taken away, I'm talking about missing a hit during Feral Frenzy. But besides that, they brought us some useless things: the pins. With that, I would like to bring an rework idea to them by bringing good old mechanics back. It's my opinion, you can have yours as well.
Smiley Face Pin - common
A friendly looking, bright yellow button used as a sarcastic statement.
- While in Feral Frenzy, you can miss 1 more hit before ends the power immediately.
"You can have this one. We have a lot of them." -- Susie
Defaced Smiley Pin - uncommon
A once friendly looking, bright yellow button of a defaced smiley. A signature icon of The Legion.
- While in Feral Frenzy, you can miss 2 more hits before ends the power immediately.
"Come back you little piece of sh-t!" -- Julie
The Legion Pin - rare
A handmade button with the face of The Legion. To use exclusively on intimidation dares.
- While in Feral Frenzy, you can miss 3 more hits before ends the power immediately.

Fuming Mix Tape - Ultra rare
Dark beats, violent shreds and unfathomable vocals from another world fill the mind with a vibrating sixth sense.
- Missing an attack during Feral Frenzy doesn't ends the power.
- Considerably reduces the Feral Frenzy duration. (2.4 second)

So if I don’t miss my attack the add on becomes useless? Interesting idea but it’s fairly easy to not miss an attack, the reason reduced attack cooldown while in frenzy was removed is because the killer can spam the lunge and go fast without slowing down. I think the pins should apply status effects on the first hit only instead of attacking twice

One add-on option like this, yes, why not.
But making 3 same add-ons on same thing that will most of decent legions never need? Sounds more like Nerf to me.

Just have the Fuming one without the downside.

I dislike this. This is basically an add on for players who are bad with the character and does nothing to give the character a useful ability after the learning phase. I'd go as far as to say the current rendition of the pins are better.

Fuming Mixtape doesn't need to change. It can basically replace any location perks (besides BBQ) and goes well with the ruler addons.
Other than that, the changes seem alright... but it does make it useless to good legion players such as myself. : P

For the pins the devs did say they were looking to make them on hit so those should be fine. Honestly with Fuming that would be useful without the downside specifically so you can lunge spam to go farther like with old Legion. Not sure if I'm going too far but combined with the ability to see gen progress would make it a really solid but not op considering that when you hit someone you can't see gens anyways. On a side note the quotes were enjoyable to read since those add a bit more to the killer, good effort.

Just make them inflict their status effects on every feral frenzy hit and there you go. not OP but not as weak as they are right now.
