Third Seal is a bit of a useless perk. To improve it the notification for a survivor being hooked should be removed while it is active and the aura not visible for a certain amount of time. 10 seconds?

So you want to make it so bubbles don't appear but only for 10 seconds?

It should now make all survivors oblivious ha

The bubble wouldn't appear at all, and the survivors aura on hook would be obscured for 10 seconds. (at least)
